About the Role:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll make a big difference in this fast-growing stationery division. Your knowledge of stationery products and your fantastic customer service skills will help us build strong relationships with customers. You'll be a key player in helping our business grow and expand.

This role is a full-time office based role and for the right candidate business is flexible with the working hours, however business standard working hours are Monday to Friday 7.15am to 4.15pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keeping Orders Organized: Checking the online order system every day to make sure everything is running smoothly.
  • Typing in Order Details: Carefully entering customer order information into the computer.
  • Using Computer Programs: Working with different computer systems like Unleashed, Xero, Google Sheets, and Google Docs to keep track of orders, prepare quotes and information.
  • Helping Customers: Answering customer questions by phone and email and providing helpful support.
  • Being a Friendly Helper: Providing excellent customer service and making sure customers are happy.
  • Helping with Office Tasks: Working within our team, with all office tasks, ensuring best open practice and high levels of communications, making sure all systems are up to date.

Requirements:

  • You Know Your Stationery! We need someone who knows a lot about pens, paper, and all sorts of office supplies. (It's okay if you're still learning, as long as you're excited about it!) Even better, if you've worked with these items in a promotional materials company, your experience is highly valuable!
  • You're Super Organized and Great at Helping People: You'll need to be good at keeping things tidy and helping customers with their questions.
  • You've Worked Before: We'd like you to have some experience working in a job before, so you know what it's like to be part of a team.
  • You Can Show Us Your Skills: We'd love to see how organized you are and how well you can help customers.
